The Photo Book Workshop

This intense seminar/workshop run by publisher Harry Hardie from Here Press and photographer and educator Matt Johnston is designed to accommodate 6 to 8 participants who wish to explore the key stages involved in the book production from concept to finish. 

The seminar/workshop will start with a joint presentation from Harry and Matt on the anatomy of the photo book. In-depth portfolio reviews will follow  with each participant presenting his/her work to the group. The day will proceed exploring the work of the photographers with a hands-on workshop on the creation and marketing of a photo book with specific reference to each of the participants work.

The photographers would come out of this experience enriched and confident to start the process aimed at publishing their work in book form. Each participant will be equipped with a skill set and tool kit of resources and references that will facilitate them during the process.
